In such matters you may choose one of the following steps: 1/ check the item yourself  2/ find a nearest shop where they service these types of items  or 3/ you send it to us postage prepaid to us  for repair or replacement before a new one can be shipped out. Occasionally, the freight go through rough handling and some screws, wire connectors can get loose. In such a case, it is the consumer’s responsibility to tighten those parts. If the company provides with a replacement part, customer must install it or if it is not possible must take the product to a local shop to do such adjustments or installations.
